These Terms govern your participation in the CS2 Global Giveaway hosted at cs2giveaway.com. By entering the giveaway, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Only one entry per Steam account is permitted.
• VPN, bots, and fake accounts are strictly prohibited.

2. Entry Requirements

• Sign in using your Steam account.
• Subscribe to the official Sparkles YouTube channel.
• Optional: share the giveaway to increase visibility (does not affect odds).

3. Selection of Winners

• 100 winners will be selected randomly during a live stream on July 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM EST.
• Winners will be contacted via Steam trade offer or provided email.
• Unclaimed prizes after 72 hours may be re-drawn.

4. Prizes

• All prizes are virtual CS2 items.
• No cash alternatives or exchanges are offered.
• Prizes are non-transferable.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for Steam API issues, connection errors, or trade restrictions.
• Valve Corporation is not affiliated with this giveaway in any way.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California.
